Accommodation. The hotel has a total of 243 single rooms, of which 150 can be converted to double rooms as and when required. The more discerning guest can be accommodated in one of the 12 luxury rooms or standard and luxury suites (22 large apartments in total). 2 rooms equipped for disabled guests along with 150 non-smoking rooms complete the comprehensive range of rooms available. This 14-storey hotel ensures that visitors are provided with up-to-date and modern elevators to ensure their comfort. A standard guest room comprises of a clean and comfortable bathroom, cable or satellite television, tea/coffee making facilities, high-speed internet access, manually adjustable air-conditioning, telephone with an answering machine, a refrigerator with a fully stocked mini bar and basic necessities such as an iron etc. The guest suites contain an additional study with high standard equipment usually found within a private business centre, the possibility of choosing movies to watch in the room, and a private safe-deposit. The luxury suites vary according to the number of rooms and equipment quality. The room facilities also depend on the request of the client.

Dining. The main hotel restaurant, The Harvest Room, offers a large assortment of specialities ranging from Czech to international cuisine. The continental style of breakfast is also served in the restaurant. In the hotel garden, guests can find the Račianská vinárna (a wine cellar), where, after usually reserving a table, they can eat dinner and sample the local wines. On the ground floor of the hotel is the stylish Café serving teas and coffee accompanied by a selection of Czech cakes, sweets, and deserts. The Lobby bar is suitable as a venue for informal business meetings and offers excellent Czech beer, cocktails, and a unique atmosphere which is enhanced each evening with live piano music.
